All 22 Pokémon 151 Challenge

Place each random original-151 pick, or spend one of five rerolls when the board has no honest fit.

ROUND 08 / 22
#143Snorlax official artworkSNORLAX

The pool is exactly National Pokédex #1–151

Bulbasaur through Mew are eligible. Later evolutions, regional forms and species introduced after Mew are outside this challenge pool, even if they are related to a Kanto species.

The mode rolls one Pokémon per round. It does not roll a region and type, and the current interface does not show the 17–0 Challenge’s three-special counter.

THE ROUND LOOP

The random pick is the constraint

First identify the rolled species. Then compare its base stats, size and type with every position still open in the formation you locked before the run. If one job uses its strengths honestly, place it. If every open job misses the public key traits and a reroll remains, consider changing the Pokémon.

A reroll is not a search for a famous name. It is a limited way to avoid a severe mismatch. Early in the run, broad flexibility often deserves a keep because many positions remain. Late in the run, the exact empty slot matters more than overall strength.

POOL-AWARE LOOKUP

Check the Pokémon you actually rolled

This search only accepts #1–151. The result compares public position priorities and can carry the species into the Draft Helper in 151 mode.

Search the verified original-151 pool. Later National Pokédex numbers are excluded.

Keep or reroll: use the remaining board

These examples explain the decision boundary. They are not commands and do not claim knowledge of the hidden score.

KEEP EXAMPLEAlakazam official artwork

Alakazam with QB open

135 Sp. Atk matches QB’s key trait, while 95 Sp. Def and 120 Speed are published helpers. Filling QB is more valuable than saving it for an unrelated role.

COMPARE EXAMPLELapras official artwork

Lapras with OL and TE open

130 HP, 220 kg and 80 Defense can help the line, while its broad bulk and Water type also support the balanced TE profile. Choose the scarcer remaining job.

REROLL CONSIDERATIONCaterpie official artwork

Caterpie with only QB and NT open

Its visible stats and 2.9 kg weight miss the public key traits for both jobs. Late in a run, with a reroll available, changing this pick is easier to justify than forcing a severe mismatch.

QB / NT OPEN1 REROLL LEFT

The formation is fixed before the first roll

Choose the structure you are prepared to fill from random original-151 draws. A later pick cannot change FB into Slot or convert a 3–4 front into a 4–3.

Track the positions still open

151 mode locks the verified #1–151 pool and removes region, type and three-special controls. Mark filled slots to see which jobs remain. The candidate list is a scouting reference for rolled names, not permission to choose freely.

Best use of the current pool

Site suggestion method: compare the original author's public "key" traits first, then "helps" and "small part" traits; use the ordered type list only as a close-call nudge. Within a band, listed traits have equal shares and all six base stats use the same 0–255 scale. Weight follows the published log-scale direction with a 500 kg comparison cap; height stops at 2.2 m. The qualitative labels use disclosed key-band cutoffs (Strong ≥ 50%, Compare ≥ 33%); there is no weighted total or fit score. Original scouting guide ↗ · facts rechecked 2026-10-15.
